Photograpy, within the expressed written permission of those included within the photographs/video's. C.T. Photography may use the photographs/video's in pubilicaton or other media material produced, used or contracted by C.T. PHotography including but not limited to: brochures, books. newpaper, magazines, television, websites, etc.

 

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or person identifying information without written apporval from the photographed suject, parents or legal guardian.

 

A person attending a C.T. Photography or any event in association with C.T. Photography who does not wish their image recored for distribution should make their wishes know to the photographer and or even organizers and or contact C.T. Photography @ 6467215244.

 

By particiapating in a C.T. Photography even by failing to notify C.T. Photography, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by C.T. Photography, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify C.T. Photographt form any and all claims involving the use of your picture and likeness.

 

Also any person or organization not affilliated with C.T.Photography may not use, copy, alter or modify C.T. Photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reporductions or recordings without the advance written permission of the authorized designee from C.T. Photography.
